Please print the Email and remember to include a business card, your check for $200 made payable to Heart of Centerville and/or copy of your logo. You can also Email your digital logo or company artwork file(s) directly to Hamilton Innovative at dennis@hamiltoninnovative.com.

  • Your annual membership is $200 for the first year.
  • If you would like your business card to appear on the map there is an additional fee of $100.
  • Renewal memberships are $150 each subsequent year.
